“The fishing experience was even better than we could have imagined. We learned two traditional Lao fishing techniques. Before that, we visited a whisky village and learned how Lao whisky is made — we even got to taste it! After that, we enjoyed a beautiful lunch on a small beach on the Mekong shore. The guide brought some delicious food that he and his wife had prepared, and we grilled the fish that we had caught. We then returned home safely, filled with great memories of a wonderful day.
